Pastoral care or Member care is one of the most over looked but essential needs every missionary has but they often ignore it till they have gone so far they are in crisis. Good Pastoral care or member care is focused on prevention first and crisis second. For this reason you should start looking for care at the start of your missions journey before you leave.

General Care
We provide general pastoral/member care for those going to the field or already on the field. This can be sabbatical help, retreat help, preparation for going and care while on the field.

Resources
Special care is needed for some things and for that we help people connect to other resource within the Member care fields while also helping them understand the type of care that is available to them.

Crisis Care
Crisis care is a special support service we provide to independent workers without crisis care that gives them access to crisis planning, response and coordination.
